Conference Travel Info

Hello Conference Goers!

As we are quickly approaching the 2017 NADTA Conference, there are important things to consider when traveling from Boston Logan International Airport to the DoubleTree by Hilton in Danvers, MA.

The most affordable option to get from Boston Logan Airport to the DoubleTree is via the Boston Logan Express Bus to Peabody. Once at the Peabody Station, the DoubleTree provides a hotel shuttle, which may be arranged to pick you up. The hotel shuttle will travel up to a 5 mile radius from the hotel. This may be scheduled by either emailing logistics@nadta.org, or by calling the DoubleTree by Hilton at (978) 777-2500.

The Boston Logan Express Bus will cost about $12 a person.  Click HERE to see the current schedule for the Boston Logan Express Bus.

Other options to travel to the conference location via Boston Logan International Airport include taking an Uber/Lyft, a taxi, or to rent a car. If you choose to take an Uber/Lyft, it will cost about $35 on average. If you choose to take a taxi, this will cost $60 as a flat rate.

If you choose to drive to the hotel, the hotel provides complimentary parking.

Questions? Feel free to email logistics@nadta.org!

Warmly,

Kimberly Kidders-Montoya
